1. Toll Tax & Parking Toll tax, parking charges, and state entry taxes are not included in the taxi fare (unless specified). These must be paid directly by the customer to the authorities.
2. AC Usage The Air Conditioner (AC) will be switched off in hilly areas (e.g., travel to Himachal/Uttarakhand) to prevent engine overheating.
3. Night Charges If the driver drives between 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, an additional night driver allowance (approx ₹250/night) may be applicable.
4. Luggage Policy Please inform us in advance if you have excessive luggage. The carrier on the roof is subject to availability.
5. Liability Go To Ride Taxi is not responsible for any delay caused by traffic jams, roadblocks, or mechanical failures. We will try our best to arrange an alternate vehicle but cannot guarantee it.
